We specialize in two primary meal plans, both designed to optimize nutrient density, balance portions, and taste delicious! Meals are prepared fresh from the finest ingredients in the PNW and customized around your personal preferences and allergies. The menu options are very similar within each program, with a difference in the types of ingredients used.

THE ZONE PLAN follows a macronutrient breakdown of 40% low glycemic carbohydrates, 30% lean proteins, and 30% favorable fats. Meals are perfectly balanced to regulate insulin levels, which helps boost your metabolism and keep you fuller and energized for longer. Our Zone plan also has a Vegetarian option with non-animal proteins.

THE PALEO PLAN follows the same 40/30/30 breakdown, but is also free of all gluten, dairy, wheat, legumes, and soy. If you need to avoid those ingredients, the Paleo plan already takes care of all of these restrictions for you. Our Gluten-Free and Whole 30 plans also fall within this program.

You can order both plans in packages, by ordering a Subscription Plan and scoring some free delivery days with your order. You can also order specific ZONE meals through the Everyday Gourmet menu, or PALEO meals through the Flex Plan menu.


All of our plans follow the 40/30/30 breakdown of macronutrients: 40% low glycemic carbohydrates, 30% lean proteins, and 30% favorable fats. We offer 3 different portion sizes, with options of 300, 400, or 500 calories for each meal, and 150 calories for each snack. If you order the full 3 meals + 2 snacks, that means a total of 1200, 1500, or 1800 calories. The following charts help break down the exact calories, carbs, fats, and proteins of your menu. We offer meals in the 300, 400, and 500 calorie range. If you’re on the full program of 3 meals + 2 snacks, the total calorie range would be 1200, 1500, or 1800 calories per day.
