Sources and Farms

The chefs in each of our three kitchens work just as hard on the sourcing of their foods as they do the preparation. The approach that we take is very first one of utilizing local farms and purveyors, taking an Eat Local approach. Next, we work to acquire the best organic and all natural meats and produce which we believe will provide the highest nutritional content and the freshest and most flavorful meals.

Seafood: As advocates for ocean-friendly seafood, we use sustainable seafood and farms which are not taking a toll on our environment or risking the future of species.

Baked goods: To ensure quality, baked goods such as our scones, muffins, and bars are freshly made in our own kitchens. We never use artificial ingredients used to color, preserve, dye, emulsify, stabilize, or solidify them.

Produce: Using fresh and seasonal produce is important to us. When organics varieties are not available or out of season, we offer high-quality non-organic produce.

We adhere to the strict standards in creating our meals.  Dressings, sauces, and condiments are made in our own kitchens without any hydrogenated oils, trans fat, high fructose corn syrup, and artificial flavorings.  We believe in using only quality ingredients to ensure high nutrient content and delicious flavors.
