The Paleolithic Diet, also called the "Caveman's Diet", is a meal plan based on the human diet during the Paleolithic period, consisting of meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, roots, and nuts. Our Paleo style meal plan excludes grains, dairy, soy, and legumes.
