By definition Celiac Disease is an autoimmune disorder of the small intestine that occurs in genetically predisposed people of all ages from middle infancy on up, symptoms include chronic diarrhea, failure to thrive (in children), and fatigue, but these may be absent, and symptoms in other organ systems have been described. We provide the most robust and gourmet selection of gluten free options for fresh meal deliveries available. The program is the same procedure as our weight loss programs where meals are prepared in our local kitchen with all fresh ingredients and then delivered fresh to your door in a cooler bag.

Will I still lose weight if I want to?

Yes! The program still adheres to meals that are 40% carbohydrate, 30% lean protein, and 30% favorable fats and using foods that are low on the Glycemic Index. Eating your meals in this composition and free of gluten will not only help relieve symptoms of Gluten Intolerance but will also balance your insulin levels to help you shed any excess body fat naturally.

What about kids?

We provide children's meals, along with adult meals. these meals are fresh, local, and gluten free as well. All we need is your kid(s) age and which meals you need. All lunches are designed to be eaten cold which makes it easy to send them to school with a fresh and local gluten free lunch.

When are the deliveries made?

Deliveries start in the early evening and delivery is guaranteed to your door by 6:00 AM. All we ask is that you leave your previous night's cooler bag outside your door so we can pick it up when making your next delivery.
